Think Before You Load
It is dangerous to travel with products unsecured in your vehicle. By loading it in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk.
Products Are Heavy!
Each Product can weigh up to 50 kg. They are extremely heavy and awkward to lift and load.
We cannot Load Into Your Vehicle
Due to OH&S policies, we cannot hand-load the products in your vehicle.
You May Need 2 People
If you plan to collect the products by hand, you may need another person to assist if you are not comfortable with lifting heavy goods.
Forklift Available
We will gladly forklift the products onto your Ute / Trailer / Truck.
Vehicle Loading Policy
- Manual loading of the product/products in the vehicle is the driver’s responsibility.
- Your order may only be collected in full or at a minimum of one full pallet at a time. Multiple pickups for a single order may attract additional charges.
- Pallets of products will only be loaded onto tray top utilities or trucks with clear, unhindered forklift access.
- Pantech-style trucks and barn door vans will require restraining points suitable for securing the pallet to be forklift-loaded otherwise, they will need to be manually self-loaded.
- Style side utilities and top-hinged door vans cannot forklift pallets to be loaded and will need to be manually self-loaded.
