Order Collection Policy

Products Are Heavy!

Each Product can weigh up to 50kgs. They are extremely heavy and awkward to lift and load.

Think Before You Load

It is dangerous to travel with products unsecured in your vehicle. By loading it in your vehicle, you do so at your own risk.

We Cannot Load Into Your Vehicle

Due to OH&S policies, we cannot hand load the products in your vehicle.

Forklift Available

We will gladly forklift the products onto your ute/trailer or truck.

You May Need 2 People

If you plan to collect the products by hand, you may need another person to assist if you are not comfortable with lifting heavy goods.

Pick Up Times

Mon-Fri : 9am – 2pm

Sat : 9am – 11am Only

We will hold goods for 2 weeks, storage fees will commence thereafter.
