Order Delivery
Order Processing Time
- All orders will be processed for delivery within 3 business days of the order date and after confirmation of full payment, including any applicable delivery or shipping fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time the order is placed.

- Regional Areas: 4-8 business days

- Delivery: Available to NSW, QLD, VIC, and other Australian locations.
Delivery Methods
- Truck-Mounted Forklift – Your order will be delivered by a truck with a forklift. There should be a clearance of 2.2 meters wide for the forklift to enter and a hard surface for its easy movement.
- Truck-Mounted Crane (HIAB)
- Tailgate (Truck + Pallet Jack) – Your order will be delivered by a tailgate truck, and the pallets will be moved with a pallet jack. Therefore, you must have a flat concrete surface at your property.
* If safe access is not available, the consignment may be returned to the depot. Additional redelivery or storage charges may apply.
Delivery Charges
- We work with third-party shipping partners to ensure on-site deliveries. Contact us with your preferred delivery method to know the exact delivery charges.
Sample Delivery
- We offer samples in convenient small sizes.
- Samples are shipped from our Sydney warehouse.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Sample Delivery Charges
- 1-3 samples: $29.50 + GST
- 4-5 samples: $39.50 + GST
- 6-7 samples: $49.50 + GST
* A maximum of 7 samples can be ordered per order.

Samples Order Processing Time
- Samples orders are processed for delivery within 2 to 3 Business days from the order placement and confirmation of successful payment of the delivery/shipping fee or otherwise agreed in writing at the time of sample order placement.
